Role Overview
The Regional Director for Florida is a senior, growth-focused leader who will help broaden the company’s presence across the region while strengthening service quality and community impact. This position is not limited to routine supervision; it requires shaping regional strategy, building strong partnerships, and creating momentum for long-term expansion. The role also oversees Office Managers, acts as the bridge between field teams and senior leadership, and provides hands-on support to individual locations whenever needed to keep operations running smoothly and standards consistently high.

- Experience handling vendor, client, and community relationships at the same time.
- Comfort using relevant software, systems, and reporting tools.
- A valid driver’s license and the ability to travel regularly throughout the region.
Core Duties
- Build and implement a regional growth plan that aligns with company objectives and local market opportunities.
- Spot opportunities to expand the organization’s reach and service footprint across the region.
- Review regional results and market trends to guide strategy and allocate resources effectively.
- Work with the Senior Regional Director to define regional targets, forecast growth, and communicate progress.
- Promote a growth-oriented mindset across the region, encouraging teams to look beyond day-to-day tasks.
- Monitor key performance indicators and share clear, actionable updates with senior leadership.
- Develop and nurture relationships with community groups, nonprofits, and other local stakeholders to strengthen visibility and trust.
- Manage client relationships to deliver a consistently strong experience that supports retention and referrals.
- Negotiate and maintain vendor and supplier partnerships to support quality, affordability, and dependable service across all locations.
- Represent the organization at community gatherings, networking events, and partner meetings.
- Coordinate with the Senior Regional Director on regional marketing efforts that support growth and partnership goals.
- Lead, coach, and develop Office Managers while encouraging accountability and professional development.
- Reinforce the company’s culture, mission, and policies across every location.
- Provide focused support to locations that are not meeting brand expectations or growth targets.
- Encourage continuous improvement through ongoing training and development initiatives.
- Ensure compliance standards and best practices are applied consistently across the region.
- Maintain compliance with all applicable federal, state, AHCA, and local regulations.
- Carry out regular audits and assessments to identify and address compliance issues early.
- Oversee the regional Safety Committee and facilitate recurring safety meetings.
- Support managers in following office compliance requirements, company handbooks, and internal policies.
- Manage the purchase of office supplies for all regional locations.
- Oversee the upkeep and proper care of company vehicles and property.
Additional Information
This role includes regular travel across the region. The position also requires oversight of operational continuity across locations and active support for maintaining service standards.
