Regional Collections Manager

Role overview

The Regional Collections Manager will be responsible for leading collections operations across Tamil Nadu and Kerala. The role focuses on improving recovery of overdue amounts, reducing delinquency levels, and making sure all actions stay aligned with internal standards and regulatory expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Create and execute region-specific collection plans that support company policies and recovery goals.
• Supervise, coach, and energize a team of collection officers and managers so they consistently meet recovery targets.
• Continuously review delinquency patterns, identify accounts with higher risk, and initiate timely intervention measures.
• Maintain strict compliance with RBI norms, internal governance requirements, and fair collection practices.
• Oversee third-party collection vendors, including their performance tracking and compliance adherence.
• Build MIS dashboards and reports, study collection results, and share actionable recommendations with senior leadership.
• Manage escalated customer situations, support settlement discussions, and preserve customer relationships while ensuring dues are recovered.
