This position is responsible for growing the insurance business through an assigned team and an orphan customer database across multiple campaigns. The role also requires delivering complete pre-sales and post-sales support to customers while guiding the team to achieve steady quarter-on-quarter growth, not just target attainment.

Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain customer loyalty among orphan customers through consistent relationship management.
- Drive upselling opportunities through assigned campaigns.
- Support renewal collections and conserve AUM from the assigned customer base.
- Meet premium and NOP targets to contribute to overall company growth.
- Assign leads to team members based on planned targets.
- Track, review, and improve team performance across topline and health metrics.
- Coach team members through the sales process, conversion steps, and deal closure.
- Promote organizational reward-and-recognition initiatives actively within the team.
- Keep sales and service operations running smoothly so business potential is fully utilized.
- Communicate process updates, policy changes, and regulatory changes through training modules and other internal channels.
- Ensure sales calls, policy issuance, and complaint resolution happen without operational bottlenecks.
- Place the right people in the right roles at the right time to improve productivity.
- Assess team strengths and allocate responsibilities accordingly.
- Evaluate each business unit’s opportunity and distribute targets appropriately.
- Choose and execute the most effective business acquisition methods to build a profitable business mix.
- Review business performance regularly and share relevant updates with senior leadership.
- Meet persistency targets as per company standards so renewals are completed on time.
- Take corrective action wherever persistency or portfolio health needs improvement.
- Ensure timely hiring of team members.
- Control attrition within defined limits.
- Provide continuous on-the-job training and skill development to team members.
