The Ads Solutions team collaborates closely with advertisers to deeply understand their business challenges and requirements. Their goal is to guide the development of products and solutions that foster significant revenue growth and sustained advertiser success, while upholding high standards of user trust and platform integrity.
About the Role
This position focuses on generating new and increased advertising revenue and ensuring advertisers achieve successful business outcomes. You will manage the entire sales process—from initial prospecting through deal closure—developing long-lasting commercial partnerships that align with advertisers' goals, ensuring a responsible experience on the platform.
The role requires close collaboration with Customer Success Managers and cross-functional teams to drive advertiser success post-sale, while maintaining principal responsibility for revenue growth and commercial strategy. The job is based in the Singapore office, offering a hybrid work model with three onsite days per week and relocation support for incoming employees.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, qualify, and close new advertising business opportunities, leading the full sales cycle from engagement to contract signing.
- Meet specified revenue targets within assigned territory or verticals.
- Create and implement detailed account plans to maximize advertiser ROI and long-term revenue expansion.
- Establish and nurture relationships with senior advertising decision-makers, providing strategic counsel and gathering their input.
- Structure and negotiate sophisticated commercial contracts.
- Use data-driven business cases aligned with advertiser goals to quantify opportunities.
- Lead cross-disciplinary collaboration involving Product, Engineering, Marketing, Policy, and Operations to facilitate complex deals.
- Work alongside Customer Success Managers to ensure smooth handoffs after sale and coordinated expansion initiatives.
- Maintain thorough pipeline management and provide precise revenue forecasts.
Qualifications and Attributes
- At least 10 years of experience in performance marketing, digital marketing, or client-facing strategy and consulting roles.
- A minimum of 3 years' proven experience advising and influencing executives and clients.
- Experience managing revenue targets and closing complex deals successfully.
- Strong ability to construct structured business cases and persuade senior internal and external stakeholders.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Comfortable operating in dynamic, ambiguous environments.
- Deep understanding of client businesses and priorities to define success metrics and align partnership goals.
- Ability to translate analytic insights into persuasive commercial narratives.

Work Location and Conditions
