About the Role
3t Technologies is seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager to spearhead revenue growth within the MENA region, focusing on our simulation, virtual reality, eLearning, and competence management products. This strategic position, based in Dammam or Al Khobar, requires a consultative sales expert capable of forging robust client partnerships, uncovering new business avenues, and driving adoption of 3t Drilling Systems and 3t Digital solutions throughout the region.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and expand the regional sales pipeline from lead generation through to deal closure.
- Establish and nurture senior-level client relationships by presenting technical solutions that enhance safety, operational efficiency, and workforce skills.
- Lead business development initiatives regionally by conducting client meetings, participating in industry events, organizing product demonstrations, and implementing focused outreach efforts.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams including product development, sales, and leadership to transform market insights into promising business opportunities and increase successful sales outcomes.
Desired Profile
- Experienced B2B sales professional with a strong technical background in oil and gas or related industrial sectors.
- Consultative selling acumen with the ability to engage senior stakeholders and translate their challenges into effective solutions.
- Strong commercial skills, proficiency in CRM systems, and the determination to navigate complex sales cycles across the MENA region.
- Must possess a valid passport and travel clearance enabling access to Saudi Aramco sites and other client locations in Saudi Arabia as per regulatory and client directives.
- Residing in Dammam or Al Khobar, with flexibility to travel frequently within MENA and to 3t’s UK offices when needed.
