The role is well suited to an experienced technical recruiter who wants to combine direct hiring ownership with people leadership in a dynamic international setting.
Key responsibilities
- Run the full recruitment process for active hiring needs, making sure multiple technical vacancies are filled promptly and to a high standard.
- Lead, coach, and develop recruiters by defining clear goals, upholding quality standards, and encouraging ongoing professional growth.
- Handle intake discussions with hiring managers to clarify role expectations and offer practical guidance on priorities and hiring needs.
- Review recruitment pipelines, study conversion data, spot obstacles, and fine-tune approaches to improve hiring results.
- Maintain effective relationships with hiring managers through regular updates, clear communication, and proactive management of expectations.
- Work with sourcing teams to distribute effort effectively and keep candidate pipelines healthy across open roles.
- Measure and share important hiring metrics such as time to fill, offer acceptance rate, pipeline conversion, and overall recruitment performance.
- Contribute to talent pipeline efforts by keeping suitable candidates engaged for future openings when relevant.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of technical recruitment experience, with a minimum of 2 years in a senior recruiter or leadership role.
- Strong track record of hiring senior software engineers or other specialist technical talent, ideally in consulting, professional services, or fast-growing technology businesses.
- Proven ability to manage several recruitment projects and stakeholder relationships at the same time.
- Solid experience running structured intake conversations and partnering effectively with hiring managers throughout the process.
- Background in coaching, mentoring, or leading recruiters while promoting strong performance and continuous improvement.
- Excellent skills in organization, prioritization, and time management, with the ability to juggle competing business needs.
- Good understanding of recruitment analytics, including pipeline management, conversion rates, time to fill, and hiring performance measures.
- Strong communication and people skills, with a clear focus on delivering a positive candidate journey.
- Experience working with sourcing teams and shared recruitment resources will be an added advantage.
Benefits and additional information
- Competitive pay aligned to experience.
- Full benefits package that includes paid vacation and sick leave.
- Fully remote role with flexible working hours and a remote-first culture.
- Home office equipment support or access to a coworking space.
- Chance to collaborate with globally distributed, highly skilled colleagues.
- Opportunities for professional development and career progression within an international organization.
- Collaborative, fast-moving environment with a high level of ownership and autonomy.
