Job description
Role Overview
A hiring opportunity is open for experienced recruitment and talent acquisition professionals in Nalanchira, Trivandrum, Kerala. This is a work-from-office, full-time role suited to professionals who can drive hiring efficiently across multiple business areas and client requirements.
The employer is seeking candidates with 2 to 5 years of recruitment experience, and immediate joiners are preferred. Professionals with consultancy recruitment exposure and a record of handling multiple client mandates will be at an advantage.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle the complete recruitment cycle, from sourcing candidates to their final joining.
- Find candidates independently through job portals, professional networks, referrals, databases, and other sourcing methods.
- Review profiles and shortlist applicants based on client-specific hiring needs.
- Arrange interviews and keep both candidates and hiring managers aligned through follow-ups.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and keep hiring updates current and accurate.
- Manage several hiring requirements at the same time across different domains.
- Work with urgency, accountability, and a strong focus on meeting targets and closing positions quickly.
Required Background
- 2 to 5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Ability to source candidates independently without heavy dependence on others.
- Exposure to recruitment tools, ATS platforms, and advanced Excel.
- Strong communication skills in English.
- Ability to manage multiple hiring priorities simultaneously.
- Consultancy-based recruitment experience is preferred.
- Experience in BFSI, banking, finance, insurance, mutual funds, BPO, IT, engineering, or other non-IT hiring is desirable.
Workplace Details
This is a full-time office-based position located in Nalanchira, Trivandrum, Kerala. Candidates willing to relocate to Trivandrum may also be considered.
