Role overview
This position is focused on handling hiring for specialist-level roles and supporting urgent recruitment activities within the organization. The job also involves maintaining recruitment records and becoming proficient in the company’s MOKA recruitment platform.
Key responsibilities
- Manage recruitment for specialist-type openings independently and complete hiring within the required timeline.
- Support the recruitment supervisor with high-priority tasks such as CV screening and interviewing for urgent vacancies.
- Maintain the recruitment register and organize all documents connected to the hiring process.
- Learn and use the company’s MOKA recruitment system effectively for recruitment operations.
Qualifications and requirements
A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources is required. Candidates with prior experience in washing powder manufacturing, large-scale chemical production, processing facilities, or light industrial environments will be given preference. The role also requires 1 to 2 years of experience in recruitment.
