Position Overview
The Recruitment Specialist plays a key role in managing daily talent acquisition operations, assisting the organization in attracting and securing top-tier candidates across various positions. Collaborating closely with leadership and hiring managers, this role involves understanding staffing needs, devising sourcing strategies, and overseeing candidates through hiring and onboarding stages. Beyond recruitment, the specialist supports process improvements and contributes to other projects that enhance organizational success.

- Base Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 annually
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with executives and hiring managers to delineate hiring priorities and develop effective recruiting strategies.
- Gain comprehensive knowledge of company structure and functions to assess candidate suitability.
- Utilize recruiting systems and sourcing platforms to broaden candidate pools and foster engagement.
- Oversee all recruitment phases, including sourcing, resume evaluation, interview scheduling, onboarding support, and orientation for new hires.
- Establish and nurture collaborations with colleges and universities to bolster internship and early-career recruitment initiatives.
- Manage relationships with external recruiting agencies to complement sourcing efforts.
- Identify and implement enhancements to recruitment workflows and operational procedures alongside leadership.
- Support special projects and additional initiatives as needed to meet evolving business requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline.
- Minimum of one year experience in recruiting or talent acquisition.
- Preferably experienced in agency recruiting and managing a full 360-degree recruitment cycle.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, applicant tracking systems, and recruitment tools.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage candidates and stakeholders across various levels.
- Strong organizational abilities and interpersonal skills capable of handling multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
- Energetic and result-driven attitude committed to recruitment excellence.
- Proven track record of achieving or surpassing set recruitment goals and metrics.
