What the role involves

This position is centered on working with candidates rather than selling to clients. Your main task will be to find suitable temporary workers, register them correctly, and ensure they are available and prepared for shifts. You will also help manage changes at short notice and keep communication flowing between workers and the business.

Day-to-day duties

  • Contact people who are looking for work and support them through the registration process, including checking that the required legal documents are in place.
  • Receive shift requests from the team and quickly pair the right workers with the right assignments.
  • Stay in contact with workers by phone and message to confirm shift timings, check progress, and respond to questions.
  • Act promptly when there are last-minute cancellations by finding replacement workers as quickly as possible.
