Key Responsibilities

• Identify and engage candidates from technical backgrounds relevant to sector needs.
• Screen and qualify potential candidates while guiding them throughout the recruitment stages.
• Ensure compliance by conducting right-to-work checks and managing related documentation.
• Keep thorough and accurate records within CRM systems to maintain candidate ownership.
