  • Work with hiring managers and HR business partners to clarify role needs, shape hiring plans, and balance speed, candidate quality, and the overall applicant experience.
  • Develop and maintain pipelines for key and repeat-hire positions across Corporate, Retail, and Early Careers through direct sourcing, talent mapping, referrals, campus outreach, and external networks across Singapore and SEA.
  • Lead employer branding efforts for Singapore and SEA with internal stakeholders to raise market visibility, attract a broad talent pool, and position the organization as a preferred employer.
  • Contribute to early careers hiring across Singapore and SEA, including internships, graduate recruitment, campus engagement, and collaboration with internal teams to build long-term entry-level pipelines.
  • Provide regional talent acquisition reporting and oversight, including recruitment volume, hiring patterns, pipeline strength, time-to-fill, and market insights to support workforce planning and business decisions.
  • Protect a consistent, high-quality candidate journey through every stage of recruitment while maintaining clear communication with candidates, hiring teams, and other stakeholders.
  • Use recruitment data and market intelligence to uncover improvements, strengthen hiring outcomes, and advise stakeholders on talent supply, competition, sourcing methods, and location strategy.
  • Make sure recruitment steps, assessments, and offers follow internal guidelines, local market norms, and compliance standards across the relevant SEA markets.
  • Partner with Emerging Markets and Global Talent Acquisition teams to exchange best practices, align priorities, and support wider talent acquisition projects across SEA.

  • Ability to create talent pipelines and run proactive sourcing plans for a range of role types and seniority levels.
  • Experience with employer branding, candidate attraction, and early-career hiring, including translating business needs into market-facing messages, campus activities, and recruitment campaigns.
  • Good analytical capability to interpret hiring data, spot trends, and present actionable TA insights to stakeholders across SEA.
  • Strong consulting and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence hiring choices and build trusted partnerships across teams and regions.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and candidate management abilities with a strong focus on service quality and experience.
  • Highly organized and resilient, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced matrix environment.
  • Knowledge of local market hiring practices and recruitment compliance requirements across relevant SEA markets.
