Job description

Role Overview

Intelletec is hiring a Recruitment Coordinator to help keep the hiring process running smoothly across candidates, clients, and internal teams in the Austin, Texas Metropolitan Area.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work alongside Account Managers to arrange candidate interviews and line up availability between applicants, clients, and internal stakeholders.
  • Maintain complete and accurate candidate records in Atlas, including notes, contact information, current status, and relevant background history.
  • Keep client profiles, open roles, hiring manager details, and workflow updates current and well structured in Atlas.
  • Handle daily recruitment administration such as follow-ups, reminders, calendar coordination, and general support for the team.
  • Monitor interview feedback, next actions, and open items so hiring progress stays on track.
  • Contribute to consistent organization across candidate, client, and job records and support clean system usage.
  • Learn the company’s recruitment platforms, internal procedures, candidate pool, client relationships, and end-to-end hiring workflow.
