Recruitment Coordinator - Campus Recruiting

About the Role

Join our dynamic Recruiting Team as a Recruitment Coordinator focused on campus recruitment efforts. In this role, you'll play a key part in supporting campus recruiters who hire top talent, thriving within an informal, fast-moving workplace. Your strong communication skills will be essential as you interact directly with candidates, hiring managers, and interviewers. You'll gain professional recruiting knowledge and insight into our business while managing multiple priorities and last-minute scheduling changes with professionalism and calm.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain productive relationships with candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers.
• Schedule and confirm both phone and onsite interviews to ensure a seamless candidate experience.
• Keep candidate information up to date in our Applicant Tracking System.
• Handle calls and inquiries from candidates and internal staff promptly.
• Continuously improve processes related to your responsibilities, ranging from minor procedural tweaks to major initiatives.
• Provide support to recruiters and participate in presentations, conferences, and special events as needed.
• Lead projects such as data reporting and analysis.

Qualifications

• Previous experience or internship in a coordinator, assistant, event planning, or related role is highly preferred.
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
• Fluent written and oral communication skills in English.
• Excellent organizational capabilities and proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong time management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Outlook, and Excel.
