About the Role
This position is for a remote, entry-level Recruitment Coordinator supporting a client’s hiring operations. The role centers on interview coordination, candidate record management, and day-to-day assistance across talent acquisition activities.
It is a strong fit for someone who is organized, comfortable working with people, and interested in developing a long-term career in recruiting, HR, or talent operations. The coordinator will partner with hiring teams and candidates to help create a smooth and professional recruitment experience.
What You Will Do
- Arrange interviews and manage candidate scheduling.
- Keep applicant data accurate and maintain recruitment tracking tools.
- Handle candidate communication and follow up as needed.
- Support onboarding-related coordination tasks.
- Draft hiring summaries and recruitment progress updates.
- Review applications and organize supporting documents.
- Work with hiring managers and internal stakeholders to keep processes moving.
- Protect the confidentiality of candidate and hiring information.
- Assist with recruiting events and related initiatives.
- Take on special assignments and administrative support work.

- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- An associate’s or bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- 0–2 years of experience in administration, customer service, recruiting, or a support-focused role.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Good organizational habits and careful attention to detail.
- Solid time management and follow-through.
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- Ability to juggle several priorities at once.
- Comfort working independently from a remote environment.
- A professional, reliable, and team-oriented approach.

Compensation
The salary for this position is $75,000 to $90,000 per year, depending on experience, communication ability, organizational strengths, and client hiring requirements. Additional pay and benefit details will be discussed during the hiring process.
