Compensation and Benefits

Average earnings in year one range between £45,000 and £50,000, with potential to reach £70,000 in year two and over £100,000 from year three onwards.

• Proactively identify and assess potential candidates
• Conduct sales outreach to generate new business opportunities
• Maintain and nurture existing client relationships

• Deliver exceptional customer service to both clients and candidates

Candidate Requirements
