Overview

Join Spencer Ogden as a Recruitment Consultant specializing in the renewables sector based in Singapore. This full-time role features a schedule of four days working onsite and one day working from home, starting in Q3 or Q4. The position involves a comprehensive 360-degree recruitment process with a strong emphasis on business development, targeting the rapidly expanding renewables market. The role offers the unique challenge to develop new client relationships from scratch and build a profitable recruitment desk.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and nurture new client connections within the renewables industry.
• Target key accounts to generate fresh business opportunities.
• Secure permanent recruitment contracts and lead negotiation of terms.
• Identify, source, and manage mid- to senior-level technical candidates.
• Recruit professionals in roles spanning engineering, planning, design, project execution, and leadership.
• Oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle from business development to candidate placement.
• Maintain full accountability for your recruitment desk, revenue goals, and client relationships.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum 1.5 years’ experience in recruitment.
• Demonstrated success in business development within recruitment environments.
• Background in sectors such as wind energy, engineering, data centers, utilities, infrastructure, or construction is advantageous.
• Confident in outreach techniques including pitching, cold calling, and developing client relationships.
• Strong capability to grow new business and interact with senior stakeholders.
• Proven skills in candidate sourcing and delivery post-mandate acquisition.
• Commercially aware, resilient, and excellent at communication.
• Driven by competition and financial incentives.
• Legally authorized to work permanently in Singapore.

Additional Information
