About the Role

As a Recruitment Consultant, you will receive comprehensive support and mentorship from your manager and experienced colleagues. This role offers opportunities for cross-collaboration within the wider business and with our regional teams. You will manage the complete recruitment process, from initial business development and client relationship management to sourcing candidates, preparing them for interviews, and negotiating offers. A key aspect of this role involves identifying and engaging new business opportunities, as well as expanding existing client accounts through outstanding service. You will conduct client meetings with HR professionals and hiring managers to grasp their hiring needs and provide insights into current recruitment trends. Additionally, you will identify suitable talent for our diverse clientele, ranging from startups to global MNCs, and manage candidate interviews, salary negotiations, and interview preparation.

Additional Information

The recruitment process involves managing the full recruitment life cycle, including business development, account management, candidate sourcing, interview preparation, and offer negotiation. Client acquisition and growth are driven by identifying new businesses and expanding existing accounts through excellent service. Regular client meetings with HR contacts or hiring managers are expected to understand hiring requirements and discuss recruitment trends. Identifying potential talent for key clients across various industries, from startups to Global MNCs, is a core responsibility. This includes conducting candidate interviews, negotiating salary packages, and offering interview guidance.
