Job description

Role Overview

Adecco Australia is seeking a driven Recruitment Consultant to join its national team in the Greater Perth area. This is a strong fit for someone who enjoys working with people, building trust-based relationships, and keeping pace in a dynamic recruitment environment. The role offers long-term career growth within a globally recognised organisation.

About the Company

At Adecco, the role goes beyond day-to-day recruitment. You will be joining a well-known international brand with a focus on meaningful career development, structured support, and a collaborative culture.

  • No cold business development or sales pressure; the focus is purely on recruitment.
  • Opportunity to work with established national clients and international stakeholders.
  • Supportive, high-performing team environment with an emphasis on success and development.
  • Access to formal training, mentoring, and clear progression routes.
  • Part of a global organisation with room to advance over time.

Responsibilities

You will handle recruitment activities across multiple industries while maintaining a strong service standard for both candidates and hiring managers.

  • Oversee and support major national client accounts.
  • Work with international customers on hiring-related activities.
  • Identify, screen, interview, and place suitable candidates.
  • Manage recruitment processes end to end across different sectors.
  • Develop strong working relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Take care of onboarding, compliance checks, and the overall candidate journey.
  • Write appealing job advertisements and keep talent pools active.
  • Provide excellent service in a fast-paced setting.

Candidate Profile

The ideal applicant is energetic, organised, and motivated to grow within a people-centric profession.

  • Strong relationship-building ability and clear communication skills.
  • Positive, self-driven attitude with a willingness to learn and progress.
  • Well-organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to juggle priorities.
  • Comfortable working with stakeholders across regions and time zones.
  • Experience in blue-collar recruitment.
  • Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work across national and global teams.

Perks and Benefits

  • Clear pathways to move into senior or specialist positions.
  • Access to a strong support network and experienced mentors.
  • Continuous development through training and coaching.
  • Career growth supported by a globally recognised brand.
  • Flexible work arrangements that support balance.
  • Competitive pay with commission linked to performance.

Additional Information

This opportunity is intended for someone looking to build a long-term recruitment career rather than a short-term role. The position combines national account support, international stakeholder interaction, and a strong learning environment.
