About the Role
Kuubiik is expanding its internal team and is hiring a Recruitment Consultant to support the company’s own growth. The business works with startups and scaling companies to help them build strong remote teams, and this position plays a key part in that mission.
This role covers the full hiring journey from business development and client relationship management to sourcing, interviewing, and securing placements. You will partner with clients and internal stakeholders to understand hiring priorities, create strong talent pools, and deliver quality hires across multiple industries and regions.

Client Consultation and Requirement Discovery
- Speak with clients to learn about their project goals, team setup, and business requirements.
- Use structured questioning to identify the skills, experience level, and culture fit they are looking for.
- Offer practical consultative input so clients can sharpen and define their hiring needs.
Talent Sourcing and Pipeline Building
- Actively identify and attract qualified professionals across different skill sets and sectors.
- Leverage job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and other sourcing channels to find strong remote candidates.
- Maintain ongoing relationships with professionals for both immediate and future hiring needs.
Screening and Evaluation
- Carry out detailed interviews to judge skills, experience, and overall suitability for client assignments.
- Assess both technical strengths and interpersonal capabilities to ensure strong matches.
- Share shortlisted candidates with clients along with well-structured profiles and recommendations.
Coordination and Communication
- Oversee interview scheduling and feedback exchange between clients and professionals.
- Serve as the primary contact point during the hiring process to keep communication clear and smooth.
- Support both sides through the process to help close successful placements.
Relationship Management
- Develop long-term relationships with clients and professionals alike.
- Check in regularly to confirm satisfaction and address any issues that arise.
- Spot opportunities where additional support or resources may help clients as they scale.
Business Development and Targets
- Turn qualified opportunities into completed placements.
- Manage the recruitment pipeline effectively to achieve and surpass monthly goals.
Tracking and Reporting
- Use CRM and ATS platforms such as HubSpot, ClickUp, and similar tools to monitor pipeline activity, placements, and output.
- Review and report performance against KPIs together with the Line Manager.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of end-to-end recruitment experience, ideally in a 360-degree or agency environment.
- Strong spoken and written English skills, with the confidence to communicate daily with international clients and professionals.
- Ability to independently source candidates, screen them, and close placements.
- Well-developed interviewing and evaluation skills with the ability to understand both client expectations and candidate capabilities.
- Experience handling several open roles at once while prioritizing effectively.
- Consistent track record of meeting targets and closing placements.
- Hands-on experience with ATS, CRM, or similar systems such as HubSpot, Greenhouse, Lever, and ClickUp.
- Excellent organization and strong attention to detail.
- Comfort working in a target-driven, fast-paced environment.
- Added advantage: background in remote staffing, outsourcing, tech hiring, or international recruitment.
