Role Responsibilities
- Master the use of recruitment technologies such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Mercury, and Indeed.
- Gain commercial insight into your target market and proactively generate new business through phone and digital outreach.
- Collaborate with senior staff to source candidates for live job openings.
- Handle administrative tasks including resume preparation, candidate submission, and maintaining CRM compliance.
- Expand your professional network via social media and marketing efforts.
- Develop towards becoming a fully proficient 360° recruitment consultant.
Essential Experience and Skills
- Australian permanent residency or citizenship required (no sponsorship available).
- Ability to excel in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Strong negotiation skills and client management expertise, alongside lead generation and social media content creation capabilities.
- Effective communication and time management aptitude.
- A strong commitment to achieving personal and team success.
- Familiarity with recruitment tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Mercury, Broadbean, OneUp Sales, Indeed is beneficial; comprehensive training will be provided.
Compensation and Benefits
- Competitive salary starting at $65,000 plus superannuation, with on-target earnings (OTE) between $85,000 and $100,000 in the first year.
