Role overview
ANZUK Education is looking for a Recruitment Consultant to take charge of a growing temporary recruitment desk focused on Early Childhood centres in Perth. The position is centred on building strong client partnerships and delivering effective staffing support in a fast-moving environment.
This is a full 360 recruitment position suited to someone who enjoys business development, recruitment, or sales, and is motivated by relationship-building, targets, and portfolio growth.
What you will do
- Develop and maintain relationships with Early Childhood centres.
- Identify, assess, and place suitable educators.
- Expand existing client accounts while also bringing in new business.
- Provide a high standard of service to both clients and candidates.
- Run your own desk within a energetic and collaborative team setting.
About you
- You bring experience from business development, recruitment, sales, or account management.
- You have a demonstrated track record of building strong client relationships.
- You are comfortable working to KPIs and performance targets.
- You are resilient, proactive, and commercially focused.
- You hold full Australian working rights and a valid driver’s licence.
