Responsibilities
- Find, approach, and assess suitable candidates
- Identify and convert new business opportunities
- Develop and sustain strong client partnerships
- Handle several active vacancies at the same time
- Build opportunities through networking with clients and candidates
- Maintain consistent sales activity while delivering on live roles
- Use a strategic approach to improve desk performance and recruitment efficiency
