About the Role

This position is suited to recruiters who want the backing, resources, and development needed to reach their full potential. It offers the chance to create and expand a permanent recruitment desk, supported by LinkedIn Recruiter, a highly effective sourcing tool in the market.

The company is open to candidates from any recruitment background. It has seen strong results from high-performing temporary consultants who have moved into permanent recruitment, with some earning more than three times their previous temp-desk commission.

Responsibilities

  • Find, approach, and assess suitable candidates

  • Use a strategic approach to improve desk performance and recruitment efficiency
