Role Overview

The appointed recruiter will thrive in engaging new individuals regularly, utilizing insightful questioning techniques to evaluate candidate potential. This role demands outstanding organizational capabilities to develop and sustain a talent pipeline aligned with prospective vacancies. A strong focus on achieving and surpassing recruitment targets is essential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Establish and nurture a pool of qualified candidates for upcoming job openings.
  • Carry out candidate interviews through telephone or face-to-face meetings.
  • Assess and decide on candidates' suitability based on interview insights and resumes.
  • Act as a primary contact for candidates’ inquiries throughout the recruitment process.
  • Consistently achieve weekly targets concerning calls and email communications.

Required Qualifications

  • Possession of a bachelor's degree.
  • Proficient communication abilities.
  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Energetic outlook and genuine enthusiasm for recruitment activities.
  • Proven track record of meeting established quotas.
