Role Overview

This Recruiter opportunity is designed for people who are motivated by performance, relationship building, sales, and business development. Prior experience in technology or recruitment is not required. The role begins with recruitment delivery and can progress into business development, including client acquisition, portfolio ownership, and broader sales responsibility.

What You Will Do

  • Work closely with your team to deliver solutions for clients.
  • Identify, screen, and shortlist qualified technology candidates.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
  • Build understanding of the industry and learn to assess complex client requirements.
  • Start by supporting recruitment delivery and move toward business development responsibilities.
  • Progress into winning new clients, managing your own portfolio, and contributing to sales results.
