About the role
At Albert Berner Deutschland GmbH, this position focuses on recruiting for B2B sales roles. The aim is to attract strong sales talent, manage the hiring pipeline professionally, and help improve recruiting performance through a proactive, data-informed approach.
What you will do
- Own the complete hiring process for B2B sales positions, starting with the job posting and ending with a successful hire.
- Screen applications, run structured interviews, and assess candidates efficiently and carefully.
- Choose suitable recruiting channels and actively reach out to potential candidates.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders, external service providers, and the HR team.
- Use data and recruiting insights to continuously refine sourcing and hiring methods.
Your profile
- Solid professional background in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Strong communication skills and a confident, professional manner.
- Good intuition for identifying people with the right potential and fit.
- A structured, independent, and solution-focused way of working.
- Comfort with recruiting tools and professional networks; experience with Workday is an advantage.
- Very good German language skills are required; English is a plus.
