Responsibilities

• Work closely with manufacturing leaders and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and recommend the most effective recruiting approach.
• Manage time and recruiting resources efficiently while keeping partners informed through regular, data-driven updates.
• Use multiple sourcing methods to find and engage high-quality passive candidates.
• Run structured behavioral interviews and phone screens to evaluate both technical fundamentals and fit for the Tesla environment.
• Deliver a strong candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of high-volume recruitment experience in a manufacturing setting.
• A proven history of successfully sourcing and assessing technical talent.
• Strong relationship-management skills with hiring teams and business partners.
• Ability to guide stakeholders on talent sources and evaluation methods.
• Genuine interest in technology and a habit of continuous learning.
• Experience with offer negotiation, awareness of employment law, and familiarity with labor market trends.
• Capability to lead projects through to completion while maintaining both efficiency and quality.
• Background that includes both corporate recruiting and agency or executive search experience is preferred.
