Role Overview
We invite talented recruiters to join our thriving team. This opportunity is open to individuals with various levels of recruitment experience who are eager to engage directly with candidates and clients in the IT sector. Recruiters at MatchBox play a crucial role by linking top-tier IT professionals with diverse, dynamic employer organizations including startups, scale-ups, government bodies, and global technology brands.
Key Responsibilities
- Attract and match IT professionals to client job openings through face-to-face interactions, phone conversations, and video conferencing.
- Gain comprehensive knowledge of clients’ industries, operations, and corporate cultures to better serve recruitment needs.
- Utilize social media platforms for job advertising, candidate sourcing, and relationship building with both candidates and employers.
- Conduct headhunting activities to identify and approach potential candidates currently employed elsewhere.
- Provide detailed candidate briefings covering job roles, remuneration, and benefits.
- Prepare candidate CVs and communications for presentation to clients.
- Coordinate interview schedules using multiple formats such as in-person, phone, and video according to client needs.
Candidate Qualifications
- A minimum of one year experience in recruitment or related roles within IT and technology sectors.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, with proven experience engaging candidates through various communication channels.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience effectively managing large pools of candidates through different phases of recruitment.
- Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to persistent, diligent work efforts.
- Excellent organizational skills, capable of prioritizing several tasks simultaneously.

Compensation
