Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete recruitment cycle for assigned roles, mainly those of lower complexity under M3 level.
- Collaborate closely with business leaders and hiring managers to identify staffing requirements and formulate customized recruitment strategies.
- Source and engage both active and passive candidates using diverse channels to attract talent.
- Conduct structured interviews to guarantee equitable and consistent candidate evaluation.
- Serve as a reliable advisor to stakeholders by providing market insights, compensation benchmarking, and recruitment recommendations.
- Ensure excellent candidate experience by maintaining clear communication and timely feedback throughout the process.
- Work alongside Talent Acquisition leadership on initiatives such as employer branding, promoting diversity hiring, and improving recruitment processes.
- Lead negotiations and successfully close offers with selected candidates.
- Deliver data-backed updates on recruitment progress to relevant parties.
- Apply expertise in various sourcing tools to build a strong pipeline of passive candidates for future needs.
Candidate Profile
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in recruiting within a fast-paced environment.
- Experience handling a high volume of requisitions is advantageous.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
- Demonstrated success in meeting hiring goals and deadlines.
- Preferably experienced managing recruitment for regions outside India, including EMEA or APAC.
- Willingness to work onsite in Bangalore at least once per month.
