About the Role

This opportunity is presented by a partner company seeking an experienced Recruiter based in the United Kingdom. The role involves managing the entire recruitment lifecycle within an international, collaborative setting, where you will be responsible for attracting exceptional talent globally.

You will play a vital role in sourcing, engaging, and hiring skilled professionals by working closely with internal teams and stakeholders. This position merges strategic sourcing capabilities with relationship management and hands-on recruiting activities.

By enhancing hiring processes and driving a positive candidate experience, you will support the organization’s growth through effective talent acquisition. The role offers autonomy, exposure to various teams and functions, and scope for professional development within recruitment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee end-to-end recruitment procedures including sourcing, screening, interviewing, managing offers, and coordinating onboarding.
  • Identify and attract well-qualified candidates using diverse sourcing methods such as recruitment platforms, networking, and direct searches.
  • Conduct comprehensive candidate research and headhunting across multiple countries and talent pools.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong candidate relationships throughout the recruitment process.
  • Keep recruitment data and hiring pipelines updated in the applicant tracking system.
  • Review applications, arrange interviews, assess candidates, and ensure timely communication and feedback.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to clarify role requirements and hiring strategies.
  • Implement structured and uniform interview processes across teams.
  • Offer recruitment training and guidance to interviewers as needed.
  • Support recruitment for both technical and non-technical roles, tailoring sourcing tactics to meet business demands.

Candidate Profile

  • Minimum two years of recruitment experience, preferably with a background in IT recruitment.
  • Proficient in managing full recruitment cycles including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer coordination.
  • Solid knowledge of direct sourcing techniques, headhunting, and recruitment tools.
  • Good understanding of the IT talent market and technical terminology.
  • Experience in recruiting for diverse roles, including non-technical areas such as finance, marketing, and legal.
  • Ability to partner with hiring managers to define job needs and recruitment strategies.
  • Upper-intermediate or higher English skills, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent interpersonal abilities to build trust and rapport with candidates and stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills capable of managing multiple roles simultaneously.
  • Self-driven, detail-oriented, and results-focused with the ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment.
  • Experience with iGaming recruitment, non-IT hiring, or sourcing through industry events is an advantage.
