About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Recruiter passionate about connecting skilled professionals with fulfilling career paths. This role involves close collaboration with hiring managers to grasp their recruitment needs, develop robust candidate pipelines, and ensure a positive candidate journey from initial contact through to offer stage.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with hiring managers to identify hiring objectives and role specifications.
• Source, evaluate, and interview candidates across diverse roles and departments.
• Handle all recruitment stages including job advertising, interview coordination, offer negotiations, and onboarding facilitation.
• Develop and sustain talent pipelines for immediate and future staffing requirements.
• Guarantee a professional and engaging recruitment process for every candidate.
• Advise hiring managers on labor market developments, hiring strategies, and recruitment best practices.
• Keep precise recruitment documentation and produce hiring analytics as needed.
• Embody and promote the company's culture and employer brand during the recruitment cycle.
• Assist with recruitment drives such as campus hiring, employee referral programs, job fairs, and networking events.

Desired Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related areas is preferred.
• Demonstrable recruitment or talent acquisition experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills fostering trustful and enduring relationships.
• Strong skills in organization and effective time management.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools is advantageous.
• Ability to juggle multiple hiring priorities with meticulous attention to detail.
• A proactive, teamwork-driven, and solution-focused attitude.
