- Keep the beach tidy, check equipment condition, and enforce safety rules.
- Respond to guest questions and concerns, offer solutions, and work toward complete guest satisfaction.
- Set up, remove, and store beach equipment as required.
- Monitor the pool complex and beach services on a daily basis.
- Oversee the cabana rental program.
- Escalate guest concerns, equipment issues, and pool malfunctions to the appropriate departments for prompt resolution.
- Track stock levels for cabana supplies, pool towels, pool lounge chairs, pool umbrellas, beach towels, beach lounge chairs, and beach umbrellas.
- Keep all assigned areas, including work vehicles, clean and in good repair.
- Follow health, safety, and operating procedures, and support maintenance needs.
- Provide a positive public-facing presence and stay informed about resort happenings.
- Assist with hurricane preparedness and other severe weather procedures.
- Contribute to goals, policies, procedures, and work standards for the resort.
- Attend meetings when required.
- Support broader recreation needs, including pool, beach, daily activities, special events, and group events.
