Role Overview
As a Record Center Specialist, you will play an important part in a growing team that focuses on delivering strong client service. The role is well suited to someone who enjoys staying active, working in a warehouse-style setting, and being productive throughout the day.
What You Will Do
- Handle and process physical records and other assets stored in the records center.
- Prepare boxes, tapes, and other confidential materials for delivery.
- Support Transportation Specialists with loading and unloading company vehicles.
- Use wireless scanning tools to process incoming orders.
- Review and resolve discrepancies for incoming and outgoing orders.
- Complete the paperwork needed for daily deliveries.
- Carry out additional duties and special projects assigned by your supervisor.
Candidate Profile
The ideal applicant has experience in a warehouse or similarly physical work environment and is comfortable with regular lifting and movement during the workday. A forklift or pick lift certification would be considered an advantage. A high school diploma or an equivalent qualification is required.

Compensation
The pay range for this role is $18.59 to $21.50 per hour.
