Role Overview
As a Record Center Specialist, you will help maintain and handle physical assets stored in the records center. The position focuses on organizing confidential materials, processing orders, supporting deliveries, and keeping records operations running smoothly.
Key Duties
- Prepare materials, tapes, and boxes containing confidential documents for delivery.
- Support Transportation Specialists with loading and unloading company vehicles.
- Receive and process incoming orders using wireless scanning tools.
- Review and resolve discrepancies in incoming and outgoing orders.
- Create the paperwork needed for each day’s deliveries.
- Complete any additional tasks or special projects assigned by the supervisor.
Candidate Profile
The ideal applicant should be comfortable with physically active warehouse work and able to handle boxes, recycling bins, and other materials weighing up to 60 pounds. Prior experience in a warehouse setting of 1 to 2 years is preferred. A forklift or pick lift certification is considered an advantage. A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
Compensation and Benefits
