Role Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Receptionist to manage daily operations and ensure the smooth functioning of our center in Riyadh. This full-time, on-site position involves overseeing office resources, coordinating staff, managing schedules, maintaining records, and upholding organizational policies to ensure maximum efficiency.
Working Hours
- Sunday to Thursday: 1:00 PM – 9:00 PM
- Saturday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist all visitors and clients professionally.
- Manage appointment scheduling and coordinate client sessions.
- Conduct follow-ups regarding training sessions and attendance records.
- Monitor and record the attendance of trainers and students.
- Address client inquiries via phone and in person.
- Oversee daily center operations to ensure seamless functioning.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support as needed.
Requirements
- Must be a Saudi national.
- Possess a Bachelor's degree or diploma in Management or a related discipline.
- Fluent in both spoken and written Arabic and English.
- Proficient in standard office software, including MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Previous experience in an office administrative role is required.
