Position Overview

We are seeking a polished, proactive, and customer-focused Receptionist to become part of a corporate environment known for professionalism. This front-of-house role makes you the initial contact point for visitors and clients, ensuring the efficient daily operation of a bustling office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide a superior five-star welcome experience to all visitors and clients.
  • Greet guests, oversee arrivals, and maintain adherence to office security protocols.
  • Manage meeting room reservations and ensure meeting spaces are ready for events.
  • Collaborate with senior Executive Assistants and internal teams to arrange meetings and cater to visitor needs.
  • Coordinate with hospitality services to organize catering, refreshments, and event set-ups.
  • Support efficient office operation by identifying and reporting maintenance or facility concerns.
  • Handle office supply procurement, including stationery and equipment through external vendors.
  • Arrange couriers, deliveries, and pickups with various courier services.
  • Answer and redirect calls received through a busy telephone switchboard.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and general correspondence.
  • Prepare professional documents, including printing, binding, labeling, and assembling materials with high standards.
  • Draft official letters and keep detailed records and spreadsheets.
  • Assist with administrative duties such as filing and data handling.
  • Support workplace health and safety protocols and maintain associated documentation.
  • Organize transportation and logistics for senior personnel as needed.
  • Respond courteously and professionally to inquiries by phone, email, and in person.
  • Ensure consistent compliance with office operations and administrative procedures.

Candidate Profile

  • Previous experience in corporate reception, front of house, or office coordination roles.

Work Schedule and Compensation
