Job Overview
We are a thriving occupational therapy practice and hand therapy competency center looking for a reliable receptionist to join our team either part-time or full-time. As the first point of contact for our patients, you play a vital role in the success of our therapy services.
Key Duties
- Coordinate and organize daily practice operations.
- Manage appointments and patient records digitally.
- Provide friendly and professional assistance to patients both in-person and via telephone.
- Serve as the communication link between therapy, training, and administrative teams.
- Support administrative processes and practice workflows.
- Contribute to the development of efficient practice structures.
Required Qualifications

- Confident with computers and digital systems.
