Job Overview

We are seeking a professional Receptionist / Front Office Executive to join Nexa Defence (I) Limited based in Mumbai, Maharashtra. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, ensuring a welcoming and organized reception environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Warmly welcome and assist visitors with professionalism.
  • Answer and appropriately route incoming phone calls and emails to relevant departments.
  • Manage visitor registration processes and maintain detailed reception records.
  • Keep the reception area neat and inviting at all times.
  • Support administrative tasks such as filing documents and entering data.
  • Work closely with internal teams to facilitate visitor and office necessities.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Proficient with computer applications, notably MS Office.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and stay organized.
  • Maintain a courteous, professional demeanor.

Compensation and Other Details

The position offers a monthly salary range from INR 15,000 to INR 22,000.
