Job Overview
We are urgently seeking female candidates for the role of Real Estate Telecaller, based in Maninagar and Ashram Road, Ahmedabad. The work schedule runs from 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM with a weekly off on one of the days between Tuesday and Thursday.
Responsibilities
- Contact potential clients via phone to generate leads for various real estate projects.
- Provide detailed information about property offerings, including pricing and features.
- Arrange site visits and collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth coordination.
- Maintain ongoing communication with interested customers and keep accurate records of interactions.
- Meet daily goals for the number of calls made and site visits scheduled.
Requirements and Skills
- Minimum qualification of 12th pass or graduate; ongoing studies are not permitted.
- Experience ranging from freshers to up to 2 years in a related field is acceptable.
- Strong communication abilities with basic computer literacy.
- Effective customer interaction skills, combined with the ability to persuade and follow up effectively with prospects.
Compensation and Benefits
The monthly remuneration ranges between ₹12,000 to ₹18,000 and is commensurate with the candidate's experience and skill set.
