About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and goal-oriented Real Estate Sales Manager to lead our sales team and boost revenue growth. The ideal applicant will have a solid background in property sales, effective leadership skills, and a talent for managing a high-performing team to meet set business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate the real estate sales team to accomplish monthly and quarterly sales goals.
  • Design and execute sales strategies aimed at increasing property sales and business revenue.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities via client acquisition, partnerships, and referrals.
  • Oversee the entire sales process including lead generation, site visits, negotiations, and deal closure.
  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with clients, investors, brokers, and channel partners.
  • Monitor team performance, offer coaching, and conduct regular performance evaluations.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to guarantee a steady flow of quality leads.
  • Prepare detailed sales reports, forecasts, and market analyses for management review.
  • Maintain excellent customer service to ensure high client satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline (MBA is favored).
  • At least 3 years of experience as a Real Estate Sales Manager.
  • Proven expertise in managing real estate sales teams.
  • Strong knowledge of residential and/or commercial real estate sales.
  • Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and communication capabilities.

Compensation & Work Details
