Real Estate Sales Agent

About the Role

Asas Althbat is seeking a motivated Real Estate Sales Agent responsible for managing client interactions and successfully closing property sales. This role encompasses the entire sales process, starting from lead qualification, through property presentation, negotiation, contract handling, and ultimately completing the handover process. The agent will maintain a healthy lead pipeline and consistently meet monthly performance targets.

Responsibilities

• Qualify incoming real estate inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, in-person visits, and online platforms, ensuring effective pipeline management.
• Conduct detailed property/unit presentations, clearly outlining the features, pricing, and payment options to clients.
• Arrange and lead site visits and client meetings while following up diligently.
• Negotiate deals within authorized parameters to close sales effectively.
• Coordinate the reservation process, contract signing, and relevant documentation with internal departments.
• Keep the CRM up to date with client notes, status updates, and planned next steps.
• Meet or exceed monthly KPIs, including the number of leads handled, viewings, proposals, closure rate, and revenue generated.
• Gather and analyze competitor pricing and customer feedback to inform sales strategies.
• Assist with client handover procedures and coordinate post-sale activities when needed.
• Prepare and submit weekly sales reports and forecasts.

Requirements

• Between 1 to over 3 years of experience in real estate sales preferred.
• Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation capabilities.
• Strong target-oriented mindset with diligent follow-up habits.
• Familiarity and comfort with CRM/ERP software and Microsoft Office applications.
• Fluency in Arabic is mandatory; proficiency in English is advantageous.
