This opportunity is with a shared-living accommodation provider based in Downtown Dubai. The portfolio includes five units in the same building, located about a six-minute walk from Dubai Mall. The homes are designed specifically for shared occupancy and offer a mix of living arrangements such as partitions, single bed spaces, master rooms, and bunk beds.

The business is seeking a motivated and seasoned real estate professional to market and rent out these accommodation options. As the owner, the company is positioned to offer highly competitive pricing while delivering a stronger product than nearby alternatives. High performance is expected even during the current season.

The selected person will also receive accommodation as part of the role.

Candidate profile

• Must be able to speak English fluently.
• Should be comfortable handling clients and confident in closing deals.
• A proactive, driven, and target-focused approach is important.
• Background in real estate or sales is considered a strong advantage.

Job details

• Work location: Downtown Dubai
• Work arrangement: On-site and flexible; suitable to combine with another job
• Compensation: Commission-only for the first month, followed by AED 3,000 base pay plus commission
