Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients who speak European languages in purchasing, selling, and investing in Abu Dhabi real estate, ensuring their requirements are precisely addressed.
- Provide knowledgeable advice on luxury real estate, investment prospects, and current market dynamics.
- Guide clients through the UAE property market, including processes related to obtaining Golden Visas via real estate purchases.
- Leverage multilingual abilities to establish trust and strong relationships with international clientele.
- Conduct property tours, negotiate deals, and manage complete transaction processes.
- Keep abreast of industry changes, legal regulations, and new market trends.
- Develop and execute innovative marketing campaigns tailored for European-speaking audiences.
- Collaborate closely with developers, legal experts, and internal teams to enhance the client experience and meet sales targets.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Fluent in at least one European language such as French, German, Spanish, or Italian, along with proficient English communication skills.
- Thorough understanding of Abu Dhabi's real estate market, including major neighborhoods and development projects.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal capabilities.
- Knowledge of UAE real estate laws, contracts, and investment procedures.
- A bachelor's degree in a related discipline is preferred.
- Possession of a UAE driving license and reliable transportation is advantageous.
- Holding a valid UAE real estate license is a plus.
