QuickBooks Accounting Specialist

Position Overview

We are seeking a QuickBooks Accounting Specialist on a contract basis, working remotely with commitment ranging from 10 to 40 hours per week. This role is part-time to full-time remotely based in Latin America, with compensation between $50 and $80 per hour.

Key Responsibilities

• Utilize QuickBooks Online and/or Desktop to perform comprehensive financial management tasks.
• Efficiently handle invoicing, payment of bills, and reconciling bank statements.
• Prepare and assess Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow statements to ensure data accuracy.
• Organize and maintain the Chart of Accounts, as well as customer and vendor records.
• Detect and correct accounting discrepancies and optimize workflow processes.

Candidate Requirements

• Proven hands-on experience using QuickBooks Online or Desktop versions.
• Solid background in bookkeeping or accounting practices.
• Skilled in financial report generation and bank reconciliations.
• Strong analytical abilities combined with meticulous attention to detail.
