QuickBooks Accounting Specialist

About the Position

This contract role as a QuickBooks Accounting Specialist offers remote work flexibility within the United States and compensation ranging from $50 to $80 per hour. The role demands a weekly commitment of 10 to 40 hours dedicated to managing accounting operations using QuickBooks software.

Key Responsibilities

• Utilize QuickBooks Online and Desktop to manage various accounting tasks efficiently.
• Handle invoicing, processing bill payments, and performing bank reconciliations to maintain financial accuracy.
• Prepare and assess Profit & Loss statements, Balance Sheets, and Cash Flow reports to ensure correctness.
• Systematically maintain organizational bookkeeping elements such as the Chart of Accounts, customer records, and vendor information.
• Detect and resolve accounting discrepancies and workflow inefficiencies to optimize processes.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Proven practical experience working with QuickBooks Online and/or Desktop is mandatory.
• Strong background in bookkeeping or accounting is essential.
• Skilled in financial reporting and reconciliation activities.
• High level of analytical ability combined with meticulous attention to detail.
