Role overview
This position sits in the Quality function and reports to the Compliance Supervisor. It is a full-time fixed-term role covering parental leave for 12 months, based at the head office in Mount Wellington, Auckland. The successful person will help guide quality activity across a varied portfolio and pipeline of brands.
Key duties
- Oversee product release to market by carrying out quality review checks.
- Assist with quality and compliance work, including control of documentation such as technical agreements and vendor qualification records.
- Make sure all work follows GMP expectations, along with applicable legal, regulatory, and safety requirements.
- Provide dependable support to internal teams and external customers while helping drive continuous improvement and practical problem-solving.
Candidate profile
This role calls for someone with solid experience in pharmaceuticals, nutraceuticals, or a similar sector, together with a strong understanding of GMP or comparable standards. A quality-related qualification is preferred, such as an NZOQ Certificate in QA. The role also requires strong attention to detail, confidence with Microsoft Office, and clear verbal and written communication skills.
