  • Assist with containment, disposition, and recovery actions during quality-related issues.
  • Complete inspection tasks accurately and on time to support production commitments.
  • Keep inspection records, machine status updates, and other operational data accurate and well maintained.
  • Operate inspection equipment, monitor performance, and carry out basic troubleshooting where needed.
  • Escalate equipment, process, or system issues to the relevant support teams without delay.
  • Support workstation readiness, equipment coverage, and smooth shift handovers.
  • Take part in process qualifications, audits, and compliance checks when required.
  • Follow QE procedures, quality management system requirements, and cleanroom rules.
  • Maintain tidy work areas and uphold 6S expectations.
  • Support readiness for internal, customer, and external audits.
  • Comply with ESD, contamination control, safety, and environmental requirements.
  • Look for ways to strengthen quality performance, inspection effectiveness, and operating efficiency.
  • Contribute to automation, digitalization, AI/Copilot, and other operational excellence efforts.
  • Use data, dashboards, and digital tools to aid monitoring and decision-making.
  • Recommend improvements to workflows, defect detection, and overall quality outcomes.
  • Complete required certifications and recertifications on schedule.
  • Participate in on-the-job training, cross-training, and knowledge-sharing activities.
  • Keep learning new technologies, equipment, and process requirements.
  • Help onboard and coach new team members when assigned.
  • Receive, document, and communicate shift handover information accurately.
  • Work closely with engineers, technicians, operators, manufacturing, and support teams to resolve issues.
  • Escalate concerns properly and provide timely updates on quality and operational matters.
  • Promote a positive, collaborative environment aligned with Micron values.
  • Follow safety, health, environmental, and ergonomic requirements at all times.
  • Identify hazards, report them, and help reduce workplace risks.
  • Contribute to a safe, compliant, and incident-free workplace.

What you need

  • Basic computer skills and the ability to use production and quality systems.
  • Ability to understand work instructions, specifications, and operating procedures.
  • Prior exposure to manufacturing, quality, or cleanroom environments is preferred.
  • Willingness to adopt AI-supported ways of working.
  • Ability to use digital tools, dashboards, automation solutions, and AI assistants such as Microsoft Copilot to improve productivity, quality monitoring, and decision-making is an advantage.
  • Openness to learning emerging technologies and participating in digital transformation efforts.
