Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Software Quality Assurance Specialist to rigorously test and validate multiple applications focusing on areas such as voice input/output technologies—including voice recognition and text-to-speech—interactive voice response systems, automatic call distribution, computer telephony integration, internet-based solutions, real-time data communication, and multi-system networking.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough testing and validation of voice technology-related applications.
  • Evaluate interactive voice response and automatic call distribution systems for performance and accuracy.
  • Test computer telephony integration and internet-based applications for functionality and reliability.
  • Ensure real-time data communications and multi-system network solutions meet quality benchmarks.
  • Contribute to the establishment and refinement of quality standards for all company products.

Requirements

  • Experience and understanding of voice recognition and text-to-speech systems.
  • Knowledge of interactive voice response (IVR) and automatic call distribution (ACD) technologies.
  • Familiarity with computer telephony integration (CTI) and real-time data communication protocols.
  • Ability to test and troubleshoot multisystem networking environments.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high quality standards.
