Quality Assurance Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and continuously improve the Quality Management System.
• Manage compliance documentation, perform site inspections, and oversee project handovers to meet BCAR regulations.
• Standardize quality inspections to maintain consistency across multiple project sites.
• Review and validate site reports including snag lists and defect documentation, ensuring accuracy before distribution to internal teams, subcontractors, and clients.
• Identify recurring quality issues, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and provide actionable feedback to design and delivery teams.
• Enhance quality reporting procedures and documentation quality.
• Act as the company representative during project meetings.
• Deliver training and support for staff on quality management principles to ensure clear understanding and compliance across the team.

Candidate Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in a similar role, preferably within a Main Contractor environment.
• Academic degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Strong communication skills and comprehensive understanding of construction methods, trades, and techniques.
• Technically proficient and computer literate with excellent Microsoft Office skills.
• Holder of a clean European driving license and access to transport to fulfil site visit responsibilities.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team, meet deadlines, and maintain professional behaviour and appearance.
