This full-time permanent role operates on a rotation basis offering extensive hands-on site involvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and uphold the Quality Assurance framework throughout the project, ensuring full alignment with Crown's QA protocols.
  • Establish and manage First-Off Checks (FOCs), Inspection Test Plans (ITPs), and system build-up verifications for roofing and cladding.
  • Conduct inspections and document air seal installations with photographic and written records.
  • Manage the three-stage handover process: W1 (Works Complete), W2 (Snagging), and W3 (Close-Out), with diligent tracking of zone statuses.
  • Collaborate daily with Project Managers, Site Managers and client QA teams to identify and mitigate risks and delays proactively.
  • Maintain comprehensive QA records within Procore, including photos, inspection reports, and approvals.
  • Drive continual improvement initiatives through lessons learned and subcontractor quality assessments.
  • Participate in coordination and progress meetings alongside Main Contractor and Client representatives.
  • Safeguard Crown’s contractual position by ensuring accurate documentation retention.
  • Perform additional reasonable duties as required.

Candidate Profile

  • Possess 3 to 5 years of site-based QA/QC experience in construction, preferably within building envelope sectors.
  • Solid technical expertise in roofing, cladding, curtain walling and façade system application.
  • Proficiency in using QA software such as Procore or equivalents.
  • Quality Management certifications like CQE, CQM, or similar are advantageous.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, with a proactive problem-solving mindset.
  • Strong organizational capabilities and effective communication skills, adept at working with multi-disciplinary teams.
  • Must hold a valid driving license.
  • Willingness to function on a rotation-based schedule.
  • Currently residing in Europe with eligibility to work within the EU.
  • Knowledge of BIM and cutting-edge construction technologies is a plus.

Benefits Package

  • Attractive salary matched to experience and skills.
  • Opportunity for travel and involvement in major construction assignments across Europe.
